Overview

Nuba is a Palestinian village in Hebron Governorate, located northwest of Hebron city near the Green Line. An ancient settlement with a long agricultural tradition, Nuba has historically been known for its olive groves. Since 1967, the village has faced severe land confiscation for the Gush Etzion settlement bloc, particularly the Neve Daniel and Elazar settlements. The Separation Wall cuts through Nuba's western lands, isolating thousands of dunums of agricultural land. The village is surrounded by Area C lands and subject to home demolition orders for 'illegal' construction.
